As climate risks take on a more active role in home buyers’ decision-making process,&nbsp; SourceRE clients will be able to leverage AreaHub’s data to enable their agents to access climate and other area-specific information that clients are increasingly seeking.

SourceRE and AreaHub announced a partnership that will allow Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) to obtain clear climate and environmental risk information seamlessly for any of their U.S. listings.

Denver - SourceRE, an MLS database and data services company, has announced its Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) Data Dictionary 2.0 certification. This achievement distinguishes SourceRE as one of only four companies that received the certification upon its release at the RESO Spring Conference last month.&nbsp;

RESO created the Data Dictionary to solve the urgent need for cohesion across markets where naming conventions within datasets differed widely. The Data Dictionary 2.0 is significant because it tests a vendor’s data against their advertised fields and lookups. Previously, the Data Dictionary 1.7 testing trusted that a vendor’s data was what they advertised, without the strict schema validation and compliance checking included in 2.0. As a result, very few vendors have been able to pass the 2.0 certification.

North Carolina Regional MLS (NCRMLS) has partnered with SourceRE to provide its MLS database and data management infrastructure.

Denver - Ocusell™ and SourceRE have developed an integration that allows Ocusell’s listing input software to write listing data into SourceRE MLS databases. This provides MLSs partnered with Ocusell the ability to immediately establish their own SourceRE database. In addition, MLSs with a SourceRE database will have the option to add Ocusell as an “input of choice” provider that can be utilized within any front-end.
